The Commercial Operations Unit is looking for a dynamic person to undertake administrative tasks in relation to the commercial delivery of the UEFA Champions League, particularly as regards the coordination of broadcast operations.

– Ensuring that deadlines are met and content is appropriate as regards the delivery of the UEFA Champions League season;
– Managing the season and site visit documents for the UEFA Champions League;
– Ensuring that the various master plans are updated in accordance with deadlines and distributed to the relevant parties;
– Assisting with the delivery of matchday briefings, ensuring that presentations are up to date and documents are prepared;
– Coordinating matchday preparation and debrief meetings with all units;
– Helping to manage the Commercial Operations Unit’s inbox and responding to operational questions submitted by relevant stakeholders and venue teams;
– Presenting key aspects of venue delivery to operational staff;
– Assisting with workshops and special projects;
– Helping with the delivery of manuals;
– Liaising with clubs, broadcasters and other UEFA units to ensure the smooth delivery of the UEFA Champions League season;
– Acting as a Venue Operations and Broadcast Manager for one venue.


Experience required:
– from 1 to 3 years experience of working in a broadcasting environment
– from 1 to 3 years experience of event management

– Bachelor’s University degree in general business management, sports management, sports marketing or event management, with a focus on project management

– English / Proficient
– French / Advanced

– Ideally, knowledge of another European language
– Familiarity with broadcasting terminology
